Hi there,
I signed up to a new 4G phone plan (monthly) at the same as 4GEE wifi. The info stated that I would get 5GB extra data when taking the wifi plan but it doesn't look like I have been receiving this.

Yep the contracts were directly with EE and the information was on the website. I still have the live chat transcript when I checked this with the guy helping me to get my new contracts.

The data boost will usually be added within 30 days of signing up.
If it goes beyond this time frame, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team.

Do you know if I can make an email enquiry about this as I started my contract back in June? I am unable to progress with the live chat once I've entered my details and I was waiting quite a long time to get through on the phone. I'd like to get my query through in a quick way if possible!

EE provides no email contact. You need to phone CS with your query.
