Airpods Right ear not charging

Hello, I added airpods pro on my EE account last June. It’s been 2 days now since I have noticed the Right airpod is not charging at all. What do I have to do or who do I contact? Thank you

Have you checked inside the case for dirt, dust, lint etc that could be preventing the airpod from making contact with the charging pin in the case?

If that doesn’t help you can contact Apple Support and they can arrange to replace the defective airpod through the mail in service or if you have an apple store near you you can make a Genius Bar appointment

https://support.apple.com/

If you have AppleCare+ on the AirPods you can also use the express replacement service where Apple will send a new one out right away with a box to send the defective one back with a charge placed on your card to cover the replacement until Apple receive the old one back when they release the hold. If you don’t have AppleCare+ then you will need to send the old one back before they send a replacement out which is slower.

Also in my experience genius bars don’t always have stock of AirPods in so may have to order a replacement if you choose to go in the store

You can also go through EE and they can arrange a repair/replacement but its probably going to be easier and quicker to go through Apple

Yeah I tried cleaning them but it still goes on and off. I dont have applecare but will try to call them. Thanks!

You can also chat with them online if calling isn’t convenient

I had an airpod pro replaced a couple of weeks ago and arranged it through Apple’s chat service.

If you can go into an apple store I’d suggest that though as it’s not currently clear if the airpod itself is fault or if it is an issue with the case
