I have been tryin to add some extra data to my plan and it keeps on saying technical issues. My data is running out and I'm currently not in a place with WiFi so I need the extra data ASAP! What can I do?

Have you managed to get sorted? Does your device show a good signal?

 

Are you trying to add it through the add-on portal?

Its Still not adding it. Saying technical issues and all. 

The signal is strong and good.

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150 so that they can look into why this is happening and get the data added on for you.
