hi ,
i have received an email confirmation 3 days ago but I have not heard off EE regarding a despatch. money for the phone has left my account...
i have an order number and entered this into the tracker and it says' sorry we cant track your order right now etc...
please can you assist? i cant call any customer service as I have no mobile phone.

hi katie,
issue has been resolved. i managed to call up on a friends phone.
issue: the color was out of stock (which was not mentioned on the site). i would advise letting customers know if the colour is out of stock there may be a delay on delivery under - tracker
good customer service over the phone, they said it should be here tomorrow but I had to choose a diff colour.
