providing Photo ID after having ordered my device to a PO box service?

Hey -

I'm from the Republic of Ireland and I'm planning on moving to the UK soon and figured I would just order a phone from a UK network as presumably it couldn't be too difficult - however a couple hours after placing my order I have noticed that a form of photo ID is required for delivery, which I cannot provide in person as my order is being delivered to a PO box//courier service.

Is there an alternative way of confirming my identity?

@repofireland   Photo ID has to be shown this can be by the person who takes delivery of the device it’s doesn’t have to be you or your ID.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B  So even if the recipient doesn't have the same surname it'll still be handed over for the next leg of the delivery?

Hi @repofireland

The person at the address must have a valid ID which would require the same surname.
