I phone 13 pro max upgrade

Hi I ordered the new I phone 13  pro max in graphite on the 6th of December, I ordered that particular colour as the handset was available within 7 days unlike other colours that had a 21. Day delivery time. , Its now been 10 days and I still haven’t received my new handset, I’ve used my tracking number that was given to me and I have phoned customer service but they could not give me any information about delivery, when I upgraded with the upgrade team I was told that I’d  defo receive the phone within in 7 days. I appreciate things can change but surely you shouldn’t give a delivery timescale if your not 💯 certain that the handset will reach the customer within the timescale offered.

I'm sorry to hear your order hasn't been dispatched within the estimated time frame. All back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives.
