I ordered an upgrade iPhone 13 pro max in graphite 128GB, it says dispatch within 7 days and I still haven’t received confirmation, the 7 days is up tomorrow. EE customer service can’t tell me anything about it. Are the phones even in stock?

@LauraB9090 if EE had stock it wouldn’t say anything like 7 days.
And it’s usually dispatch in 7 days not that it will be dispatched in 7 days.
