Free Xbox with new contract

So I questioned this over a week ago , took a new contract put for a pixel 6 on the 24th November. Was told after 15 days will get a text telling me about the status of delivery for the Xbox.

20 days had now passed and still nothing,

Getting through to customer services is near impossible.please can someone advise me please .
