Just received my Series S and it's faulty.It will not power on

Welcome to the community forums. I would recommend to contact EE to report that and arrange for its replacement.

Thanks for reply.Im have trouble trying to get EE or Xbox help me with this.Feel like I am running around in circles

You may wish to refer to online resources on the matter which have been prepared by professionals with knowledge of consumer rights. A key aspect is that your first recourse is to the retailer EE as regards faulty goods supplied to you, and that the manufacturer does not come into play until various criteria in the below links are met.
