Hi,
I have a 4Gee Mini WiFi device and have had it a couple of years.
My issue is the charging lead socket has become so worn that the charging lead falls out at the slightest movement.
i want to keep the service but wonder whether EE offer a replacement service for active customers?

@vtowsend You could send it off for repair at your own cost you’ll not get it replaced if it can be repaired and you’ll not get it replaced if it’s beyond repair unless you purchase a new one.
