Student discount

Just had a message to say that I’m eligible for the 100 days free early upgrade, as long as my new plans monthly charge is higher than my current one. So I went forward with trying to upgrade, however I’m trying to use my student discount and it says it isn’t valid

@yasbann02   You have created a new discount code ?  Your old one can not be used again. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No. I tried to apply my student discount after being told I’m eligible for the 100 day early upgrade, and it says my code is not valid. But I have only just got my discount count from the StudentBeans app

Thanks for coming to the community.

 

You would need to wait until your upgrade date to benefit from the student discount. 

 

I would suggest giving us a call on 150 and our Mobile Care team will check if this can be applied with the early upgrade for you.
