order delivery date confirmation

Hi I ordered my upgrade to the note 9 an hour ago and it still says awaiting delivery confirmation even after being told I should get it tomorrow.  Could someone help please.

Do you have an order number that you can use in our online order tracker?

DPD will text on the day that your delivery is due.

No I was not sent one, I was told on the order confirmation that it would be delivered today.

Could you check your junk/spam folders for an email containing the order number?

What phone did you order?

I have checked I have received anything for an order number.

i ordered an iPhone pro in midnight green with 256 GB

I'd recommend waiting to see if you get the text tomorrow morning as it may be being processed today.

If you haven't had a text by midday, I'd then recommend contacting our Customer Care team.

They would be able to give you an update on this.

yes i have tried that and it says unable to provide the information and a txt will be sent to me?

i cant see any tracking information , the order was placed around 19th May
