order delivery date confirmation

Hi I ordered my upgrade to the note 9 an hour ago and it still says awaiting delivery confirmation even after being told I should get it tomorrow.  Could someone help please.

No dpd text and I done it online. It says dispatched now but haven't received dpd texts.

Once we have received your items from the manufacturer we do our best to get them out to you within 24 hours via our delivery partner DPD.

You’ll receive a text from DPD to tell you it’s on the way the day before your delivery.
