Hi I ordered my upgrade to the note 9 an hour ago and it still says awaiting delivery confirmation even after being told I should get it tomorrow. Could someone help please.

Sure, I tried calling their 0800 number but I got to a dead point as I was asked to enter my EE mobile number, however this one will also come with my order :-).
So I am running out of options.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

To use the order tracker, you need to use the number starting with 00, not the xkn number.

If you give us a call on 0800 956 6000 and select the option for no EE number this will transfer you to our customer service team who can look into your order for you.
