Hi I ordered my upgrade to the note 9 an hour ago and it still says awaiting delivery confirmation even after being told I should get it tomorrow. Could someone help please.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check your account and see the status of the upgrade.

I have received a confirmation email , but do not have a 12 digit code anywhere on the email, I ordered via a phone call to EE on Friday any idea what’s happening?
