no order number in confirmation email and no way to contact

live chat does not work, no matter where I visit, no page comes up stop telling me to wait on the page there is nothing there.  I have no phone as it is broken which is the very reason I have ordered another one  Give me an email address to correspond with.

We don't have an email address to contact.

 

Have you been able to get in touch with our live chat team?

 

The team may be busier than usual at the moment but please be patient when waiting for an advisor.

Of course you don't.
There is no live chat function just a blank
screen whenever go to that part of the page. Nothing happens.

No-nothing has changed. Live chat tab just produces a load of phone
numbers and goes nowhere. when i sign in the page is just blank

surface pro, mozilla firefox.

I have also used HP laptop and Internet explorer

I just want to find out my order number so I can find out what has happened
to my phone why is this so difficult

Do you have Microsoft Edge installed on either of your devices? I'm able to load chat successfully on both Edge and Chrome.

I have just tried this again and again and again. No Edge doesnt work it
is just a blank space. Nothing happens no chat opens and I have no means of
communicating with you. I can't even post a photo to show you as this is
blocked. I am never renewing my contract again with EE.
