I made an order on the web this morning but, when I clicked the last "Confirm" button (after filling in bank details, etc) I got a 404 page. Not great.
So, I phoned the sales line instead and a very helpful young lady helped me to complete the order. I subsequently got an email inviting me to join this community and nothing else. I have no confirmation email, no order number or anything.
I'm getting concerned because I need to book time off work for the install and because I'm on Virgin Media currently, I need to manually cease the existing service. Both of which I can't do until I have confirmation that the order has been successfully made.

@CaptainToad if you’ve not got this by tomorrow I would give customer services a call about this.
