i have still not got my phone yet

hi all i was meant to get my phone on on th 1st but i still not got it it saying on the dpd traking bit we have received your order but not the parcel what can i do to sort this out thanks

no order number in confirmation email and no way to contact

No Confirmation Email

I made an order on the web this morning but, when I clicked the last "Confirm" button (after filling in bank details, etc) I got a 404 page. Not great. So, I phoned the sales line instead and a very helpful young lady helped me to complete the order....

Trying to upgrade my SIM only package

I have tried to upgrade my sim only package through the website and although it said a new sim is not necessary to access the new package, my ee still says that I am eligible for an upgrade and I haven't recieved any emails about it being processed?
