Order email?

I ordered an upgrade through online chat about 3 hours ago but still no confirmation email. No where on app to check my orders! How long does it take to process/have email? 

Recieved email for my order, but no details

Recieved email confirming my order,but there's no order number or delivery details,and money hasn't been taken out of my account yet. Its for a early upgrade,Not sure whats happening,can anyone help?

Unable to add esim plan for galaxy watch 3

Refund

I recently decided to upgrade but when phone came I didn't like it so phoned ee and cancelled new contract and sent phone back. It has been over 14 days still no refund.
