i have still not got my phone yet

hi all i was meant to get my phone on on th 1st but i still not got it it saying on the dpd traking bit we have received your order but not the parcel what can i do to sort this out thanks

@kevink99711   There is nothing you can do. DPD have received the information about your delivery so you’ll have to wait till DPD notify you when they will deliver your item. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

they say that thy dont have my order  my parcel at all on the computer bit 

im in the same boat. Ordered my phone upgrade on Tuesday to be told i would have it next day. I then checked on the order details to find it was changed to be delivered between the 2nd - 4th Oct. I spoke to someone and have now been told its out of stock. I told them it was terrible customer service to not be informed its out of stock and when i got off the phone i receive an email telling me out of stock.🤔
