Sorry, you can only associate a number for an EE Consumer or Small Business plan.
If you're having trouble, call 150 from your EE phone. More ways to get in touch > this text error is coming again and again but im outside uk

Welcome to the community.
Either pop into a store (when they're open), or call 150 from the SIM card, if you're able to.
You'll be able to register and top up the SIM card. Then you have to make a call or send a text message from the SIM card whilst in the UK. This activates it for international roaming.
