Phone ordered, Confirmation sent but no news about the phone

Good evening,
I Odered a new phone on Sunday (Samsung galaxy a41) and I received a confirmation email with a tracking number. On Monday I saw that no money was taKen from my account.
It has been 2 days and no message or email about the status of my order.
Is this a normal procedure? Why was the payment not taken?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

You'll get a text from DPD when your order is out for delivery.
In the mean time, you could try contacting our live chat team so they can check your order has gone through.
