Hi,
Just got my new EE sim - first of all i put the sim in, turned it off and let it sit there for 10 minutes before restarting.
Secondly, it wont let me change the phone number back to my old one, even though im using the pac code i used to buy this sim, it is failing and not working
Thirdly, I can recieve and make calls, however cannot send text messages AND i cant use mobile data.

What happens when your try to enter your PAC? Are you getting en error message? Did you already enter your PAC when you bought the phone?
Do you have mobile data enabled within settings on the phone?

yep, i already entered the Pac when ordering the Sim, when i try to input it to transfer the number, it says theres an error..

If you've already entered the PAC, you won't be able to use it again.
The number transfer process should start once your new SIM card is active.

okay, how does the number transfer then? does it do it automatically within 48 hours?

It would be automatic as long as you entered the PAC at the point of sale, @hasan111111.
It would usually be within 24 hours of your new SIM registering.
