New SIM card doesn't work in S20

Hi, got a new S20 through EE contract, new SIM isn't working and the old SIM in my old S5 has stopped working now too. So I have no phone provision and I can't find any user guides on EE website for S20 to transfer my SIM contract. Seems to be quite a few people with this problem - it's been over 12 hours since activating my new phone and I'm not sure what I should do next. Can't ring 150 as no network recognition now on either phone...getting frustrated, can anyone help? Thanks.

Hi @Jen_Piper 

 

If you've definitely followed the steps in this help article, and your new SIM isn't working, then you'll need to call EE C/S to check everything over.

 

You don't need an EE phone to be able to do this - check the other numbers on the get in touch page, I'd recommend 0800 0798586 free from any other working phone.

Hi, thanks for your help everyone. In the end I popped into the EE shop and they were able to help me, as I didn't have access to another phone to call them. All sorted.
