Does the 4GEE home router 3 come with a sim card?

hello, was wanting to as if anyone knows if the 4GEE home router 3 comes with a sim card, I am looking to purchase the unlimited data plan as i am soon going to be moving to my new work place which is in a rural area and i have been told that the landline internet speeds aren't very good.

 

I've looked all over and i couldn't find any info so if anyone does know that would be great thanks.
