How to check status of my upgrade order?

I ordered an upgrade (Oppo Find X2 Lite 5G, Moonlight Black) on Monday and received a confirmation email with an xko number. I heard nothing further on Tuesday, but yesterday received two emails - both saying that the order was on its way to me, with one saying it was due to arrive today. However, I've received no word from DPD, the DPD app has no record of a package in their system addressed to me.
I can't use the DPD tracking system, as I've not received an order number that's compatible with their system, and trying to input my xko number into the EE order tracking just gives me an error message saying "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now".
I need the handset ASAP as I won't be at this address soon, but so far I have no indication of what's happening with my order, where in the process it is, or whether the courier has even received it despite today being my delivery date.
