I ordered a Samsung galaxy watch on 21/6/20 and i spoke with someone on 26/6 who told me that ot would be arriving today (30/6). I have  not had anything delivered and nothing from DPD with a time slot or tracking number. Im not sure what time they deliver up to. Please cpuld you advise me what i should do. Many thanks

Did you receive your watch yesterday?

 

DPD should text the day of delivery with all your tracking information. If you have not received this I would recommend giving us a call

No my watch wasn't delivered yesterday. 

Haven't had anything from DPD.

Just let you know that it has been resolved. My watch is not in stock despite being told it was but the lovely lady i spoke to rung my nearest shop and fot them to put one back for me so i can go pick it up on friday

Wonder if you can help. I have just had a phonecall from ee sales asking if i had sorted everythibg with my watch and i told him that i was picking it up on friday. He told me that there was loads in stock now but i said it was ok and i wanted to honor my appointment i had made with the ee shop. Hr then went on to tell me that the plan i chose when i first ordered my watch is not available anymore because its been more than a week and it is now £20 a month instead of £14. Now usually i would not be too worried but as it was not my fault that i have not recieved and been able to activate the watch I was wondering if anything could be done about getting the orginal plan I chose when i ordered the watch.

He is the one that mentioned it to me. Said that it will be £20 a month now not the £14 a month when you ordered it because prices have gone up.
