Transfer activated sim to non-activated sim

I am currently overseas and i have a PAYG sim which is not activated. i also have an activated PAYG sim which I left in the UK. Can i transfer the activated sim (and number) to replace my non-activated sim which i have with me? Both numbers are registered to me in my EE account.

Sorry, but this isn't possible.

 

Activation of an EE PAYG SIM is only possible by using that SIM in the UK.
