Just ordered a new contract.  Trying to enable the watch on mobile data.

When I click the mobile data option I am asked to login to EE which I do then nothing?

EE informs me via 150 this is a known issue but when will it be fixed?  Very frustrating not being able to use the watch on cellular

Are you given any error messages when you try to login to your My EE account on a web browser or through the My EE app?

No it says 'Setup mobile data plan'

I click on it, it says This setup will help you buy a Personal paired plan
for your apple watch.
You'll need to login...

I click next and login then nothing happens, I am just taken to overview
page of MyEE!
No option to start one or anything

Can you log into your My EE account normally, @Fulls1982?

 

Since you're posting on here, I'm assuming you can?

Yes I can.  This seems to be a system issue where it's not carrying through and just taking me to a general myee page

I now get this

Please either ask the account holder to log in from this device to complete the purchase for you or go to My EE to make sure your account is up to date

If you think you are the account holder, please call us on 150 and quote code 006.
