Upgraded my phone a couple of days ago nd have had no email or messages after the receiving order confirmation.. I have the order number which doesn't seem to work when trying to track... I payed money upfront too... Not happy with customer service atm even if where in a pandemic.. If u can't keep up with the high demand.. U shudnt be operating

Jonnymb87.. just to clarify the order number is just that; it isn't a tracking number. You will get a tracking number when it is ready for despatch.
