my additinal line new phone has not arrived

HI,

I Added a HUAWEI media pad and a Samsung A21s on Friday 11th December and received

the media pad on Saturday but The A21s was nit in the Parcel.

 

It is since showing on my EE that the Phone Numbers  and corresponding accounts are showing as Active b ut the Samsung A21s has still not arrived as it said delivered by or on Monday14th December but as of Today 16th has not arrived

 

Can You Help Please?
