iPad delivery

Hi, I ordered the iPad Air 10.9 inch almost two weeks ago, and the only correspondence I've had was to say you were awaiting stock. Has there been any updates as I have had no communication from EE.

Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our our Customer Care team about this.

 

They will be able to access your account and give you an update.
