Hi @Cain3

Is it a PAYG or pay-monthly SIM? You need to report the SIM lost in order to either preserve your PAYG credit, or stop liability for further calls & texts.

You can call EE on +44 7953 966250 from any phone, or if you have access to Skype or a similar calling app, you can try +448009566000 as an alternative method.

But you do need to report the SIM lost ASAP. EE's process is detailed here

Thanks received it today. Its currently saying that it is not provisioned? Do I just need to wait?

Hi @Cain3.

The SIM may need to be registered.

If you're old one was lost, you will be best contacting our Customer Care team so they can register it for you.

Jon

I have given them a call and they have swapped it over should be fixed by 1pm tomorrow.
