Unable receive non EE calls after switching to ee

Hi

I ported from three but I can’t receive non EE number calls

When did you port in from 3?

 

Assuming you've had the confirmation messages and rebooted your phone, a call to EE C/S is probably in order.

Last Friday  ...Only EE mobile calls are received and no landline calls or other network calls not received 

says number not recognised

2nd person I've found here who had exactly the same issue as me! So frustrating. How long did it take for it to be resolve? Did it fix itself or did it need manual intervention?

 

I would be interested to know where the fault was if you happen to know. 

@Gerry_Atric The fix in this case would have been for the customer in question to call EE C/S on 150, and get their fault looked at.
