I have two phones on contact with EE and one of the phones isn’t able to read the sim card, I’ve tried removing the sim and putting it back in and it still isn’t working, I’ve been paying the bill and not been at able to use the phone because of this issue , it comes up in the top left no service and i am unable to use my data , make or receive calls and texts , i feel like there is something wrong with the sim card holder but I’m not sure , do you have any advice please ?
