Please tell me that my Series 7 can pair with my iPhone 12 pro max...

I just signed up with EE (2-year contract) hoping to also get my watch on cellular. Now, I am trying to connect it, but problems are occurring and I am starting to get worried. Why wouldn't it pair? Please someone help me with this...

 

FYI my phone is an iPhone 12 Pro Max and the watch is a Series 7.

Where did you get the watch from? Has it been paired to another phone before?

 

What happens when you try to set it up?
