Ordered an XBox on the 24/11/2021 and wanted to get an update. I'm not getting info from the tracker and have not got time to be stuck on hold waiting to speak to someone.
Any update or help please?

We can only provide tracking for orders that include a pay monthly device.
Did you order the Xbox on add to plan or did this come with an upgrade?
