Xbox series S bundle

Hi, bought an OPPO with free Xbox series S. Received the phone on 24th November which is fantastic, love the phone and switching from 3 was very smooth!

 

Received a text on Monday 6th December saying that the Xbox series S is being processed, and will receive a text from the courier when it is on the way. 

My question is basically how long roughly does this process take? And at what point/date should I contact someone directly if I haven't received anything?

If you don't hear anything further after ten days, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to chase this for you.
