iPhone 13 Preorder tracking thread

I made the same for the 12 Pro last year and i think it got to 38  pages of comments, so thought id try the same this year!

Managed to get a 128GB  iPhone 13 Pro Max in silver. I called yesterday to ask about the rumours of waiving early upgrade fees and it actually worked, i didnt have to pay the £100 MyEE was telling me I needed to pay to upgrade. He said it looked like i did have to pay but when he went thru a mock upgrade process it let him say no fee.

Did the order this morning with the same guy who was nice enough to phone back at like 10am to tell me the plans/options they'd have available. About 1:25pm ive had a text come thru with a link that goes to my order tracker page.

Address just shows: Your Address and delivery just says: Awaiting Confirmation. Also the name of the iPhone is showing as `iPhone 13 Pro Max 5G 128GB Silver` so thats a nice bug haha

How has everyone elses process been?

Just has the same message, however this morning I got notificiation that it was on it's way and that I will get message from DPD.

This is utterly confusing.

Hugely disappointed. Why was I made to pay £7 for launch day delivery? And promised to have it by tomorrow day time.  Nothing DPD wise either back to work for another month guess I’ll enjoy sometime this year 😢. Good job EE 👍🏻

Did you guys get the EE tracker move to will dispatch in 24 hours? Or did it stay.

Straight to order dispatched, just got an email from ee too.

Same, mine went from “Awaiting Confirmation” to Order Dispatched 23/09/21 without anything in between. Got an email from EE saying it was with DPD just now although I got a text from EE this morning with DPD tracking information so not sure why it took so long to update.

I got a text from EE saying my phone is now with the courier. But not had anything from DPD regarding booking a slot or anything. On the DPD app, it shows as “on its way to my nearest DPD sorting office” so hopefully all is well.

but still… no slot offered yet and no text from DPD direct!

i never got a text from DPD just a notification on the app that I could pick my slot.

at 7 this morning.

ee text me at 7pm saying my order is with DPD and I will get a text soon to pick a slot..lol

i think the texts and dispatch notices are not in sync at all

@Sirjokerx on the app press view snd for me it said 60 min precise logo and had to get the first available . Also I had text come through from EE at 5:30 sayings it with dpd never had a text from dpd though .
