I made the same for the 12 Pro last year and i think it got to 38 pages of comments, so thought id try the same this year!
Managed to get a 128GB iPhone 13 Pro Max in silver. I called yesterday to ask about the rumours of waiving early upgrade fees and it actually worked, i didnt have to pay the £100 MyEE was telling me I needed to pay to upgrade. He said it looked like i did have to pay but when he went thru a mock upgrade process it let him say no fee.
Did the order this morning with the same guy who was nice enough to phone back at like 10am to tell me the plans/options they'd have available. About 1:25pm ive had a text come thru with a link that goes to my order tracker page.
Address just shows: Your Address and delivery just says: Awaiting Confirmation. Also the name of the iPhone is showing as `iPhone 13 Pro Max 5G 128GB Silver` so thats a nice bug haha
How has everyone elses process been?

Doesn’t give me an option at all to chose a slot.
I went into the DPD chat in the app and clicked “what’s my one hour slot” and got the automated response “We have your parcel and it’s on its way to your nearest depot” followed immediately with another message saying “Your parcel is due for delivery Monday 27th”
Not happy at all if that’s the case as I was told by EE it would be here tomorrow!!

@Sirjokerx Looks like there wasn’t any slots available have to pretty quick with it . I didn’t even get a text from dpd or EE about picking my slot I had the app and popped up.

Received absolutely nothing from DPD at all. Still haven’t.
only thing I got from EE was a text at 17:19 saying
“Great news! Your new iPhone 13 Pro 5G 256GB Graphite, on order number ***** is now with our courier, DPD. You'll shortly receive an SMS with your delivery slot. Thanks from EE.”
Well it’s not great news EE because my new phone is now getting delivered to my workplace on MONDAY when you said it will be tomorrow. And I’m not even in work on Monday so will now have to drive to work, to pick it up. The whole reason I got it delivered to work was because I was going to be there tomorrow when EE said it would be delivered!
Yeah I know, I could change the delivery location, but I don’t trust them to Bugger that up and leave me waiting another few days.
Really poor comms from EE this time around. Not happy at all. For the amount they charge for these contracts, I’d expect better if I’m honest.

I'm sure it will probably be delivered today
In total for phone + contract i'll be paying £73 a month, £57 for phone and AppleCare Loss and Theft, and a £16 a month contract, 60GB 5G data + 1 smart benefit, pretty good deal if you ask me

Just contributing to info, sorta expected this to be the year there may be delays & i'm ok with it - havent had a message from EE informing me of a delay tho as some others have so can only assume its just waiting to be chosen!
Ordered mine 13 Pro Max 256gb Sierra Blue at about 4pm Friday, order status on EE website has remained the same since then, had nothing from DPD last night/overnight so decided to phone EE on the drive in, the guy said its not been picked yet, might get picked today but likely if nothing by 10am then its not today
For my area, typically if a parcel hasnt been picked and put on a van by 7am its not making it out here so, seems mine is a no for today
Ordered for my dad on Sunday 13 pro max 128GB Graphite, his tracking is the same as mine
Havent gotten any of my last 7 iphones on launch day if it hasnt already had some sort of courier tracking by first thing on release day so i'd figure i wont get it today

I had a look at o2 and Vodafone on Twitter and it seems to be all the same issues
no order confirmations
no tracking offered
no dispatch notices when delivery told today
so something is going on with the iPhones. It’s not just ee fobbing people off

All pro and max’s have issues with EE pre orders. No one seems to have got anything apart from awaiting confirmation. EE took orders without having any stock and now are blaming technical issues or even apple delays in some cases. Terrible service from EE. Best to buy from apple next time.

Mine just says the same thing. Saying order confirmed but nothing else. I have no idea as to when I’ll be expecting it to be delivered.
