ee upgrade sorry there has been a problem validating data when trying to upgrade

Hi I'm trying to upgrade my daughters phone (confirmation online that she's eligible to do this) Get right to the end, after receiving confirmation pin and it says 'ee upgrade sorry there has been a problem validating your data'.

Any help please 👍😁
