change address

Hi I would like to change my address but can’t find where to do so as I have move out new address is xx xxxxx xxxx, xxxxxxxxx

I hope you're well and having a nice Monday, are you up to much? 

 

To change change your address, can you try logging into your My EE account online and going to Account settings then Account Settings > Change address.

 

Please let me know how you get on with this.

The problem here EE people, the options you are directing people to DONT EXIST

or DONT APPEAR

They should, but they dont.

Yes that takes me to a page that gives me the option to change Billing and Postal address.
I cannot get to that page on the web site .
There is no "Menu", "Account","Address" chain of options.
Can you be more explicit?

In your My EE account online, select Menu > Account Settings > Account Details and then Your Address > Check your address

Ok, the issue here is, if you go to the web page by putting in "my ee" you don't necessarily go to the dashboard, which is where the options you are telling me to select are. Even after logging in, you don't necessarily go to the dashboard. So I found myself at a level one up from where you are assuming me to be, at this level there is "My EE" as an option, however there are two things you can do here, one gets you where you want to be and the other doesn't. When you hover over "My EE" more options drop down, but not "Account", you can't get to the dashboard from this drop down menu. 

IF you click on "My EE" it does take you to the dashboard where your instructions work.

This is awful web design.
