Hello,
I have been an EE sim only customer for years, with a loyalty discount applied.
I have spoken with the upgrades team so that I can utilise 5G but they will not transfer the loyalty discount to any new plan. instead, I am being offered a plan that is available to ANYONE how is this respecting and honouring long term customers.
I am now considering my options as I find them terrible.

I am sorry if you have been advised this discount is not available with the plan you would like, did they suggest any other plans that would keep the discount?

Nope, they would not transfer the discount to any plan but offered every other plan that is available to select online by new customers.
I am happy with my current plan I would only like the 5G services turned on as I have been with you since before 5G the current sim plan is not enabled.
I was then advised that texting UP to 150 there could be other deals but I got an automatic reply that pointed me to the same online chat.
