change address

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you would like to change your address, can you try logging into your My EE account online and going to Account settings then Account Settings > Change address.

My address is not showing when I enter the "change address" page, so I cannot check if you have my correct address. I need to do this urgently because you are sending me a new SIM in the next few days. Can you please advise? Many thanks
