Samsung S21 Ultra - When will I receive my upgrade?

I have pre-ordered my upgrade of the Samsung S21 Ultra. Th release date is today (29.1.21) however no email yet to say I will receive it today? What's the latest with the S21 Release and when can i expect my new phone? Nikki
