Changing number

Hi guys, I keep getting calls from Zimbabwe, magnolia and the Maldives. I think it’s all a scam. How do I change my phone number? And do I have to pay?

If you give customer service a call on 150 (they reopen at 8AM) and explain that you are receiving nuisance calls, they should be able to change your number.

Sometimes there is a charge for this, but with nuisance calls it can often be free.

Is there any other way? I have phoned CS loads and can’t get through. I need my number changing ASAP!

To get the number changed you would need to give us a call on 150, once one of the team is available they will be able to help you change this 🙂
