Booking repair form not working

Alexp3

Please someone help!

ive been trying to book my phone in for a repair for 4 days now. After countless hours on the phones and chat line all I’ve been told is that apparently the booking form is down.

Someone said they’d call to update me but I’ve had nothing and no one has been able to tell me whether the form is working or not, and whether it is likely to work?

is there another way to get my phone booked for a repair as otherwise it’s a waste of money paying £48 a month for a phone that doesn’t work!

Hi @Alexp3

Welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear that you haven't heard back. What happens when it doesn't work? Do you get an error message?

Chris

Hello,

Thanks for your reply. It never gets paste stage 2 onto the confirmation, hasn’t worked at all since my phone broke on Tuesday. One of your employees told me the booking form was down and that they couldn’t help and I would just have to “sit tight” until the form was repaired. I’m the mean time I’m laying for a phone that is unusable. PLease can you tell me if the form is working again as it still isn’t working for me, or when I can expect it to start working?
as apparently it will be over 2 weeks to repair it from the time I book, I still can’t book, and have been waiting 4 days.

thanks!

Hi @Alexp3

Thanks for coming back to us.

I have sent you a private message for some further details.

Leanne 🙂

Hello,

since this, I have had another employee tell me that my device has been booked in for a repair. They however didn’t ask for my address and didn’t ask for my phone password even though I made clear that a previous employee said I needed to provide it, given that I can’t disable passwords as my phone won’t turn on.
I still haven’t received a text or email confirmation so have no idea if my device is booked in for a repair or not.
this is the second time this has happened and the previous time, I was told that the employee had lied to me and had not actually booked my phone in for a repair as the form was down.
am I being lied to again?

if so, how is this acceptable?
and more importantly, when can I get my phone fixed please?
