Bad signal

I've just recently joined EE this month and my god the signal is so bad, when I go onto the signal checker it says I should get a good 4bar 4g coverage inside and outside my property but yet I only get 1 bar and I'm being charged £87 a month for unlimited laggy speeds on apparently the best network.....yeah right, I also have a duel sim phone with a three simcard which always shows 3 bars were ever I am with no problems. I've reported the signal in areas we're it says I should have good coverage but I don't!  I don't think il be with EE for long as other networks seem to have better coverage

Without knowing specifics of where you are, it's tricky to pass any detailed comment other than to say that EE does pride itself on the quality of their network, which does regularly perform extremely well on various metrics and performance tables.

 

Have you checked the coverage & status checker for any known issues in your area?

 

In terms of your only getting 1 bar, the signal indicators on most phones are only indicative and can't be directly compared. Are you having any problems making or receiving calls?
