Unlocking Sony Xperia zx1

Hi there I recently asked for an unlock code and have received a text saying that I have been sent a code to my email but I haven't received anything in my inbox or spam folders. 

Resolved! I was sent the wrong SIM for my new phone

I was sent a micro sim instead of a nano sim for my new phone (Samsung Galaxy A12). I'm using the sim card from my previous phone (Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017)). I can't find a way to reach customer services by email.

Apple News - Payment not completed

I have the apple news voucher from 150, but when I go to redeem it I always get the message "Payment not completed" at the bottom of the screen. Any ideas? Do I need to ask for another code?

Unable to add esim plan for galaxy watch 3

Im Having same problem as others before me I purchased a Galaxy watch 3 4g but when I try to set up mobile plan it says "EE doesn't offer mobile plans for my watch"  But you do!
