I was sent the wrong SIM for my new phone

I was sent a micro sim instead of a nano sim for my new phone (Samsung Galaxy A12).

I'm using the sim card from my previous phone (Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017)).

I can't find a way to reach customer services by email.

The nano sim will pop out of the micro sim. Just give it a little push.

SIMs supplied by EE have all 3 sizes as push-outs incl. nano, as the diagrams show.

You might as well continue using your old SIM. It'll save you activating the new sIM.

EE provide no email contact.

I thought someone might argue with me.

Not arguing! Now push again in the gold part & you'll get the nano.
